Positions OFCC Will be Looking to Fill include:
Line/Prep Cook
Prepares hot and cold food items. Provides quality service in all areas of food production. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas. Must be available to work flexible schedule. Heavy lifting required.
Bartenders Ensure accurate and efficient production of beverages while maintaining cleanliness of service areas. Must be energetic, able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays through October. Must have excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition. Must be well-groomed and neat in appearance, and be of legal age according to State law. Bending and lifting are part of the job and remain standing for shifts.
Cocktail Servers Responsible for serving beverages to members and guest in a gracious and professional manner. Must possess excellent communication and hospitality skills. Must be energetic, able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays through October, and be of legal age according to State law.
Golf Services Gof Services includes positions in CARTS DEPARTMENT, DRIVING RANGE & BAGROOM OPERATIONS. Must be responsible & mature individual capable of following directions as well as thinking on his/her feet. Professional appearance & interaction with membership are required. These positions involves standing for long periods of time, cleaning & maintaining golf clubs, golf carts, range equipment and other golf services related duties. Both AM & PM shifts available.
Greenskeeper
Safely operates equipment such as mowers, trimmers, etc. that are used for various course maintenance needs. Cuts grass, weeds and bushes, rakes bunkers and leaves, trims trees and removes cuttings in accordance with appropriate standards. Bending, lifting and working outdoors are part of the job.
Servers Ability to provide superior customer service. Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills and be available to work a flexible schedule (AM and PM shifts available.) Must be well groomed. Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more and remain standing for shifts. Serves all food and beverage items according to established procedures. Assists with busing tables when necessary. Must strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc. . Responsible for the familiarization of menu and prices, and take telephone orders completely. Maintains cleanliness in the service area at all times
Kitchen Utility Responsible for cleaning and sorting all dishes, cooking utensils and silverware. Responsible for ensuring the kitchen areas are cleaned according to sanitary regulations. Ensures all kitchen and catering garbage is collected and disposed of. Stocks dishes, glassware and silverware in the appropriate storage areas. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Heavy lifting required.
