Selection Process

Since Olympia Fields Country Club is one of the top 100 private clubs in the country, our goal is not just to meet our member's expectations, but to exceed them.  Our selection process requires a series of steps, including but not limited to a completed Pre-Employment Criteria Form,  a phone interview, an in-person interview, a drug screen, a background check and a final interview with the hiring manager.
